Standard Type 2 Magazines – all Armag Corporation type 2 storage magazines are manufactured to meet or exceed Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms construction specifications as outlined in section 55.208 of Title 27 Code of Federal Regulations. Purchase Armag explosives storage and weapons storage magazines, and get the peace of mind that your storage facility is 100% compliant with Federal regs. We provide some features of our U.S. Military spec magazine at no extra charge.

ATF hood protective strip	HInge side protection

• Shell constructed of 1⁄4” ASTM A-36 prime steel plate and lined with 3” hardwood
• Exterior finish consists of up to 8 mils of high solids coating. This heavy coating protects the product from the elements and will not ‘chalk up’ like other finishes.
• Hinge side protection prevents door from being defeated by removing hinge
• Heavy duty strap door hinges
• Grounding strap on door to transfer potential static electricity back to main structure
• ATF hood protective strip added to prevent saw blade from removing hood and lock staple
• 1/4” steel vent covers – vent openings are screened with non-spark material to prevent entry of foreign objects
• Skid mounted on wide flange beams so unit can be easily moved to storage destination
• Standard lift hooks provided for ease in handling: d-rings for securing magazine optional
• Interior surface plywood lined to provide smooth finish: wood strips line the walls and ceiling to prevent contents from blocking natural airflow
