Crane awarded a competitively bid IDIQ contract to Armag Corporation September 29, 2008 (N00164-08-D-GQ10). Since that contract was competitively bid your contracting personnel do not need to competitively bid your armory purchase. How do I get started?

DoD activities transfer funding to Crane NSWC by Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR), Form DD448. Other government agencies transfer funds via Inter-agency agreement, or IAA.
